In 2025 Square filled a gap in their hardware lineup with Handheld, a full-service POS that fits in your pocket, complete with built-in barcode scanner and camera. Our team came in before a brief existed to build the strategy and creative direction from scratch. At launch, we had covered every channel: public web, retail and packaging, sales materials, lifestyle and studio photography, and a full suite of video content.
